Spring: Beginner Oil Painting Class - FRIDAY MORNING

SPRING SESSION:

8 Classes

10:00am-1:00pm

April 5 - May 31

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

In this class, we will learn the fundamentals of painting with oil, including: mixing colors, composing a still life, painting the figure, and experimenting with abstract painting techniques. Students will be encouraged to develop their personal style and instruction will be tailored to their interests. Those who wish to develop an independent study project may sign up for extra group painting sessions at the end of the class.

PAYMENT:

You may register and pay online, using a credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay by cash or check, please email me at laurenkentart@gmail.com to set up your payment.

MATERIALS:

All materials are included in the cost and are available in the studio.

MISSING CLASS: 

If possible, please give advance notice if you will need to miss a class. Those who would like to make up missed classes have the option to join a make-up class session on Sunday, June 2.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Classes may require a minimum of three students to run. In the case that class is cancelled, students will be invited to join a different class or have their order refunded in full.

Class payments may be refunded for the full amount paid, minus a $20 processing fee, or future class credit, if advance notice is given at least two weeks before the class start date. No refund or credit will be given if the student withdraws less than two weeks before class begins or is not able to attend due to their own circumstances.
